The chat helper
This page is written for students, teachers, players with an account, guests, so it isn't in the guide you're viewing. It's fine to read on.
The chat helper is an owl who answers questions about the game and the riddle you’re on. Look for the chat bubble in the corner of the game.
Who can use it
Section titled “Who can use it”- Accounts made with an access code.
- Teachers.
- Students, only when their teacher has turned chat on for their class.
Guests (playing without an account) don’t have chat.
What it does
Section titled “What it does”- It helps you think about a riddle. It won’t tell you the answer while you’re still solving it.
- It stays on topic: the riddle you’re on, how the game works, and how ecosystems work.
- Every message, yours and the helper’s, is checked for safety.
- You can send 5 messages each time you play.
If you’re worried or upset about something, the helper will tell you to talk to a grown-up you trust.
