The login card
Section titled “The login card”Screenshot coming soonA printed login card with a QR code, a code and three pictures
Each card has the child’s name and avatar, a QR code to scan, the same code written out, and three pictures to tap in order.
Each card is a key to that child’s account, so keep the cards in class.
When something goes wrong
Section titled “When something goes wrong”| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| A card is lost, the pictures are too hard, or someone else may have seen them | New card & pictures prints a replacement with a new code and new pictures. The old card stops working and the child is signed out. |
| A child got their pictures wrong 5 times | Their card locks for 5 minutes. Unlock lets them try again straight away. |
| You need a copy of a child’s data | Download data saves their details and progress as a file. |
| A child leaves | Delete removes their account, progress, badges and login card straight away. Type their name to confirm; it can’t be undone. Download their data first if you need it. |
